Domestic SHIPPING (within the US)
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before items will ship when placed using the standard shipping option. For expedited shipping, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
- All orders over $100 before tax within the US receive free shipping.
- Standard Shipping: $6.95+ Estimated delivery 3-5 business days after the 1-3 days to process.
- Priority Mail: $15 Estimated delivery 2-3 business days after the 1-2 days to process.
- Next Business Day: $30 Estimated delivery 1-2 business days after the 1-2 days to process
International Shipping
- Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before items will ship when placed using the standard shipping option. For expedited shipping, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
- Standard Shipping: Shipping cost will vary based on weight and location.
Customs and Duties
- Kindred Rose does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. We encourage you to check with your country's policy.
Kindred Rose is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping
- Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please click the following links:
Return Policy
Defects or Damaged Items:
- Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. Contact email: kindredroseboutique@gmail.com
- All defects and issues must be notified via email within that 3 day window, and must include order number and images of the issue.
- Any item defects found after 3 days of receiving the shipment will be assessed a restocking fee to be returned.
- We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are only accepted for the same item, in different size or color.
- Please purchase the new item(s) on the website, and email kindredroseboutique@gmail.com with your new order number for the exchange, as well as your original order number.
- Once your original item is received back to us, your original payment method will be refunded.
- If you do not reach out to customer service, your exchanged item will be processed as a normal return.
- Final sale items can not be exchanged.
- Please only include the items you are exchanging on the new order you create.
Sale, Clearance, Buy One Get One, and any discounted item marked SALE is Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. (See below for more guidelines).
- The term "Final Sale" means an item can not be returned or exchanged
Returns:
- Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card
- We must receive your return within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund. International orders are allowed 30 days.
- Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping. Failure of this policy will result in a $5-$30 restocking fee based on the price of the shoes.
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
- Returns must be received within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.. International orders have 30 days from receiving your order to return merchandise. The 15 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. We will not accept any items after the 15 day return period.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
To ship back your order:
- We do not provide free return shipping.
- If possible utilize the mailer bag for clothing, and shoes must be returned in original box packaging with an outer box to protect it.
- Feel free to ship your orders back with the carrier of your choice - shipping with tracking information is recommended.
- Include the original packing slip or your name and email address (one used to place order) in the return.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- When you place an order with us please note that Kindred Rose is not liable for lost or stolen packages. It is between you and USPS. There are no exceptions.
- Kindred Rose is always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you cannot find your package we recommend the following:
- Confirm your shipping address is correct.
- Visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where the mailman dropped off your package
- Check with neighbors and nearby houses to see if your package got dropped off next door.
- Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery.
